Flatbush Vet treats routine needs and many acute conditions with a good prognosis. For conditions outside our treatment scope, our veterinary team can help you understand prognosis, treatment options, referral needs and quality-of-life considerations.
Flatbush Vet is not an emergency veterinary hospital and does not provide ongoing management of chronic disease.

Not every condition can be treated within our clinic model, but that does not mean we cannot help you understand what comes next.
If your pet needs care beyond what Flatbush Vet provides, a Primary Care appointment can help you understand your options. During the appointment, you’ll meet with a veterinarian who can evaluate your pet and discuss possible next steps, including treatment and referral options, likely costs and time commitments, and quality-of-life considerations.
